Better and better surface finishing is required more often in tool grinding. Therefore SlipNaxos has developed a polishing bond in grinding wheels for super finish. These are wheels for polishing/finishing the last 10-30um on the surfaces as example in the flutes or on clearance angles. The wheels are available for the most applications and in the most common wheel types. This is a very soft bond that should have a very soft dressing stick, for example: 43A 600EV 101 for a poly bond stick.
